Pick the right address and you will get a faster answer. Safety reports are escalated outside the normal queue and are never handled by automation.

Safety and abuse
safety@omeglegirlschat.com — reports involving a minor, a credible threat of violence, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Escalated immediately, outside the normal queue. Do not use the in-session report button for these; email us.
Support
support@omeglegirlschat.com — account problems, a feature that is not working, a bug, or a match you think was a bot. Include the approximate time and your browser so we can find the session.
General and press
hello@omeglegirlschat.com — press enquiries, partnership questions, corrections to our comparison tables, and anything else. We answer corrections and we say when we were wrong.
What to include
For support issues, three details cut the resolution time roughly in half: the approximate date and time of the session, the browser and device you were using, and what you expected to happen versus what did. Screenshots help but are not required.
For safety reports, include the approximate time, anything you can recall about the account, and a description of what happened. Do not send us images or recordings you would not want stored — we do not need them to act, and we would rather not hold them.
For corrections to a comparison table, tell us which competitor and which row. We verify against the live product and update the table, with a note that it changed.
Response times
Safety reports involving an immediate risk are actioned as soon as they are seen, twenty-four hours a day. Other safety reports are reviewed within one working day. Support enquiries are answered within two working days. Press enquiries within three.
We are a small team and we do not have a phone line. Email is the only channel, and it is monitored.
What we cannot help with
Recovering a conversation. We do not retain transcripts, so there is nothing to recover once a session ends. This is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight.
Identifying another user. We will act on abuse reports, but we will not disclose the identity or account details of another user to you.
Legal process. Requests from law enforcement should be directed to hello@omeglegirlschat.com and will be handled under the process described in our terms of service.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email hello@omeglegirlschat.com with the subject line "Security". Please include reproduction steps and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly. We will credit you if you want us to.
Questions
Contact questions
How do I report someone for abuse?
Use the report button during the session — that captures the context a moderator needs. If the session has already ended, or you are reporting a pattern across sessions, email safety@omeglegirlschat.com with the approximate time and what happened.
How long do you take to reply?
Safety reports involving an immediate risk are actioned as soon as they are seen, twenty-four hours a day. Other safety reports are reviewed within one working day, support enquiries within two, and press enquiries within three.
Can you recover a conversation I lost?
No. We do not retain transcripts — message content is deleted when a session ends. There is nothing on our side to recover. This is a deliberate privacy decision rather than a technical limitation.
Can you tell me who I was talking to?
No. We will act on an abuse report, but we will not disclose another user’s identity or account details. Our privacy policy sets out the narrow circumstances in which we share information with authorities.
I found an error in one of your comparison tables.
Tell us which competitor and which row at hello@omeglegirlschat.com. We verify against the live product and correct the table, and we note that it changed. We would rather be accurate than flattering.
Do you have a phone number?
No. We are a small team and email is our only support channel. It is monitored, and safety escalations are picked up around the clock.
