Terms of service

1. Agreement

By using OmegaGirlsChat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OmegaGirlsChat. This is an absolute requirement, not a guideline. We enforce age assurance at signup and remove any account we cannot verify as an adult.

You must not use the service if you have previously been banned from it, or if doing so would violate any law that applies to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse another user.
• Send unsolicited sexual content, or any sexual content at all to a user who has not asked for it.
• Involve minors in any way, including discussing, depicting or soliciting anything sexual involving a minor. This results in immediate permanent removal and a report to the relevant authorities.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your age or identity.
• Share another person's private information without their consent.
• Distribute malware, phishing links or fraudulent material.
• Solicit money, gift cards, crypto or financial details from other users.
• Use bots, scrapers, automation or scripts to access or interact with the service.
• Attempt to circumvent blocking, banning or rate-limiting mechanisms.
• Record or broadcast another user without their knowledge and consent.
• Use the service for commercial solicitation, advertising or recruitment.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We operate automated filters and a staffed human moderation team covering twenty-four hours a day. Every report is reviewed by a person.

Depending on severity we may: issue a warning, terminate the current session, permanently block an account, or ban a device or network address. Violations involving minors, credible threats of violence, or non-consensual intimate imagery result in immediate permanent removal and referral to law enforcement where required.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, and we do not guarantee that we will detect any particular violation. Reports are the primary mechanism, which is why using them matters.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of anything you send. By using the service you grant us the limited licence necessary to transmit it to the recipient and to review it where a report has been filed. That licence ends when the session ends or the report is resolved.

You are responsible for what you send. Do not send anything you do not have the right to send.

6. Anonymity and its limits

You can use the service without an account and without providing your identity to other users. This does not mean the service is unmoderated or that your use is untraceable to us. We process IP addresses and device fingerprints for bot prevention and abuse handling, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

The OmegaGirlsChat name, logo, interface, copy and underlying code are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer them without written permission.

8. Third-party services

The service may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Links do not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we do not warrant the conduct of any user. We verify accounts to reduce bots and ban evasion; we cannot verify that any individual is honest, safe or who they claim to be. You are responsible for your own interactions with other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or reputation, arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months — which, since the service is free, is zero — or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing support@omeglegirlschat.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms or that your use poses a risk to other users.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
